Damaged or Faulty Goods

I take the utmost care in packaging artworks and only use reliable, professional carriers. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, you have the option of a replacement, partial or full refund.

1.       Replacement or exchange: you will need to return the damaged artwork in order to receive a replacement. Please follow steps below on how to return an item. Delivery costs will be refunded.

2.       Partial refund: if you would like to keep the item despite the damage obtained, you are entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the total payment. Please fill out the Return Form to process the partial refund.

3.       Full refund: if you would like to return the damaged item and do not want a replacement or exchange you are entitled to a full refund. Please follow the steps below on how to return an item. Delivery costs will be refunded.

Damaged artworks need to be reported and processed through the Return Form within 7 days of receiving. I may ask you to provide images of the damage. I reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.

Change of Mind

I do not offer refunds or exchanges to change of mind purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or the artwork is different to how it was described, I am happy to work with you to resolve your concerns. Please fill out the Change of Mind section of the Return Form to get in touch. To be eligible for a change of mind/exchange, the artwork must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for delivery costs for returning the item. Change of mind/exchanges need to be requested and processed through the Return Form within seven days of the received date.

Sale Items

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items with the exception of a damaged work.

How to Return an Item

Provided the conditions in the refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

1.       Fill out the Return Form to request and process a return

2.       Post the item in original packaging or packaging of the same quality

DO NOT ship the items back until you have received my confirmation email to do so. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund, with the exception of damaged items. Refund amounts will be processed once the item has been received on my end.
